Escribe de forma clara tu nombre y el número de pedido en la parte frontal del paquete, para que podamos reconocerlo en cuanto nos llegue y lo asignemos correctamente a tu pedido en nuestro sistema.
Deberás utilizar un envío con número de seguimiento para la devolución y guardar el recibo del mismo.
Si la devolución se efectuó de forma correcta, el reembolso se procesará en los siguientes 7 días laborales en el mismo método de pago que se utilizó originalmente para hacer el pedido.
Nuestras sandalias Bokyna son de talla real, así que elige tu talla habitual de zapatos. Recomendamos seleccionar la talla de zapato más grande si estás entre dos tallas.

I like these a lot! I have wide feet so they are a tiny bit snug to get on, but they still feel great. Note: the "Cream" colour is more of a buttery or soft yellow shade.
These look super cute, and the straps are very soft of my feet. My only complaint is the sole of the sandal is pretty hard and flat, so it doesn't offer much support. I've gone on a couple of 30-40 minute walks with these and by the end my feet feel bruised for the rest of the day! They're great for just going out and about, but definitely not the shoe I would take for a significant walk.
I have 6 pairs of Bokyna’s and I love them all. These sandals are so adorable and cute. They go from beach to lunch to evening drinks with ease, always looking stylish and feeling comfortable. I love the storage bag they come in also, as it makes travelling with shoes so much easier not to mention convenient!

I got my Sandals for Christmas, They were brought as part of black Friday sale.
Given how busy they were I was very happy they arrived before Christmas, even if I wasn't allowed to open them till Christmas Day. I've worn them multiple times now and every time the fit just gets better. I'm extremely happy with them and excited I have some nice sandals I can wear out as well as wearing them to work. Even more delighted with them fitting my wide feet. Highly recommend them.

In size 41 the Bokynas are 10cm wide. If your feet are slightly wider, they would still be suitable. But, for a wide fit, we recommend our Freedom Collection. The models from this collection are available in a special wide fit to accommodate any size foot.
